MGC Facility Services is seeking to expand our Facility Maintenance department based in Boise, Idaho.  We are looking for the right person who is interested in a fast paced but fun environment. 

Must be hardworking, enthusiastic, and reliable.

Weekend work may be asked from time to time.

Techs must have their own basic hand tools, power tools, and tool bags/packout.

Candidate will be required to pass a drug and background screening.

Professional appearance is required.

Job Summary: Techs are to diagnose problems and repairs in the areas of but not limited to; basic electrical, basic plumbing, carpentry, dry wall, building interior and exterior projects, appliances, siding, carports, steps, parking lots, and swimming pool. Techs may also work in remodels and/or construction additions. They will be responsible for maintaining residential service requests in timely manner. They will conduct final inspections of house/apartment turns and regular property inspections. They are to ensure ground cleanliness and safety, obtain bids, and oversees vendor work for completeness. Tech should ensure excellent customer service to prospective and current tenants, and promote a quality living experience for all residents.

Must have reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour DOE

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Schedule:8 hour shift

Experience: Construction: 1 year (Preferred)

Property maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)

Willingness To Travel: 25% (Preferred)

Work Location: Multiple locations in the Treasure Valley.
